Boxer Joe Bugner Kicked Off I’m A Celebrity
“I’m A Celebrity” has just kicked off their sixth jungle member, boxer Joe Bugner, after he lost a bush tucker trial. There was a head-to-head challenge between him and Stuart Manning, a former “Hollyoaks” actor, where the one that won would get to stay on the show.
The two men were told that they would be put in Jungle Jail as punishment for getting the least amount of votes from viewers on Saturday night. They both had to work out how to get out of the jail in order to stay in the running for being crowned King of the Jungle. Manning was obviously the one to win freedom and the chance to continue competing, although it didn’t take Bugner much longer to find the escape hatches and torches.
Bugner only entered the jungle to replace Camilla Dallerup, a professional dancer, after she quit the show a few weeks ago. After being booted from the show, he said that he had a great time, but he knew from the start that the younger ones would take over the camp and is happy for Manning. Now he can go home to his grandchildren to tell them about his experience, he added.
Talking about his victory after ringing the bell, Manning said that the challenge was hard, as he didn’t know what was in those tunnels. He added that he is sorry Joe is leaving, as he made everyone at camp laugh and will be missed. “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here” will continue at 8:30pm on ITV1.
