Tom Brady and Gisele Have Baby Boy
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen have welcomed their first addition to their family (his second child), a baby boy. Brady announced the birth during a press conference on Wednesday, saying that it is a wonderful experience for him. He told reporters that Gisele and the baby are doing well, but they haven’t picked out a name for him yet. The footballer added that his availability to play this Sunday against the Carolina Panthers will not be affected by the good news. Then he changed the subject to talk about his game.
Brady and Gisele got married in a traditional, intimate Catholic service on February 26 this year, which was held in Santa Monica, California. It’s apparent they weren’t going to waste anytime starting a family. The two are very excited about it, with Brady even commenting that he found out the sex of the baby before she did, because she didn’t want to know.
Gisele was reported pregnant during the summer, and then Brady confirmed the news in just September. The whole thing had been kept very hush, hush, and there may not even be a single photo to show the mother was expecting. According to reports, Gisele’s mom and a few of her sisters were in the delivery room during her labor.
The Patriots quarterback has a 2-year-old son (John Edward Thomas Moynahan) with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, who has also given her congratulations to the couple for the new baby. During a precious interview, Gisele told Vanity Fair that, although she wants John to have a great relationship with his mother, she loves him as if he was her own. Now she has a second son to love too! Congratulations to both!
