Justin Timberlake Announces 2010 Golden Globe Nominations
On Tuesday morning, Justin Timberlake announced the nominations for the 67th annual Golden Globes. There have been some huge television series and films over the year, and this set to separate the best of the best.
In the film categories, “Up in the Air” is leading the nominees with 6 total nominations, while it’s closely followed by “Nine” with 5. “Inglourious Basterds” and “Avatar” have been nominated for 4 awards. In the television categories, “Glee” is leading the nominees with 4 nominations, while several programs are close behind with 3, including “Dexter”, “30 Rock”, “Damages” and “Big Love”. “Up in the Air”, “Avatar” and “Inglourious Basterds” will battle for Best Drama Motion Picture. “Up in the Air” has also been nominated for: Best Screenplay, Best Actor Performance in a Drama (George Clooney), Best Supporting Actress Performance (Vera Farmiga & Anna Kendrick), and Best Direct (Jason Reitman). “Nine” was nominated for Best Musical or Comedy Motion Picture, Best Actor Performance in a Musical or Comedy (Daniel Day-Lewis), Best Actress Performance in a Musical or Comedy (Marion Cotillard), Best Supporting Actress Performance (Penelope Cruz), and Best Original Song (Cinema Italiano).
