20-year old Stabbed Over Snowfall Fight

Authorities in Ruddlan outside of Rhyl in North Wales are looking for any information in relation to the stabbing a 20-year old after an altercation broke out during a snowball fight. The suspect is believed to be a 19-year old man who is now wanted for murder after the stabbing led to to the death of Anthony Finbar Burke.

A spokeswoman for the Ruddlan authorities said that they believe Mr Burke had been involved in the snowball fight prior to being stabbed. Mr Burke was rushed to the Glan Clwyd Hospital via ambulance after the altercation where he succumbed to his injuries.

Ray Patton, a neighbor of Mr. Burke’s, stated to BBC Wales that he had known the young man his whole life and that the community is in shock with the news which comes so close to the Christmas holiday. Mr. Burke’s family has declined to speak to press asking the community for privacy during this tragic time.

Officials in Ruddlan have been going door-to-door in an attempt to gain more information about the incident. They are also looking for any individuals that may have witnessed the attack, which took place on Wednesday at 10-10:30PM.
