A-Ha Tickets for Farewell Tour
Norwegian pop group A-Ha is performing on the Farewell Tour in the US right now, with only two shows left. However, after visiting America for the last time, they will visit the UK this fall for 11 performances.
All 3 of the band’s members are moving on to do other projects on their own. Waaktaar-Savoy, a composer and guitarist for A-Ha, said that they don’t regret anything. When they started out, they just wanted to play, but when that exploded, they knew there aren’t many second chances in life, he added.
A-Ha said in a statement that they have literally lived the adventure tale and a long, rewarding career. Moving in their own directions will give them the chance to get more involved in other aspects of life, such as politics, humanitarian work and other constellations in the world of music and art, they continued. They are not retiring as individuals but as a band, the statement said, adding that change is difficult, but it’s time to move on.
