Big Brother Eviction Canceled This Week

Big Brother bosses have made the decision to cancel the eviction for this week. This comes after Caoimhe quit the house and Keeley was put in the hospital - both on Tuesday.

Caoimhe had been put up for eviction with Rachel, but after she left the house on Tuesday because she missed her boyfriend and family, Big Brother announced that Keeley and Corin were now the two with the most nominations. This meant that Rachel, Keeley and Corin were to participate in this week’s Save and Replace, which ended up having a little glitch.

Dressed as spiders, the 3 girls were to climb their way out of a huge bath, which was set up in the garden. During the task, Keeley fell and twisted her ankle, so she was carried to the Diary Room by John James and Dave and given immediate treatment. However, the injury was worse than they initially thought, and she was taken to the hospital for further treatment, staying overnight.

Big Brother later revealed that Keeley had actually fractured her ankle and will have to stay in the hospital for a couple days, during which she will have an operation. It is believed that she will return to the show after feeling better, but this hasn’t been confirmed yet.

However, the situation with Caoimhe and Keeley isn’t the only thing troubling Big Brother. The show’s presenter Davina McCall was stranded in France on Wednesday evening due to the strike by air traffic controllers in the country. This made it impossible for her to make it back in time for a surprise extended show. So this had to be canceled as well.
