Big Brother House to get 3 New Contestants

Big Brother has announced that 3 new housemates will be entering the house during two live shows hosted by Davina McCall tonight at 9pm and 10:30pm. The bosses have selected 6 contestants from the original tryouts. They will have to go to Elstree studios with their bags ready, but only 3 of them will be chosen to join the show. Also during the shows, Davina will interview Caoimhe about living in the Big Brother house and what she thinks of the other housemates.

This comes after a busy week for Big Brother and the contestants already living in the house. On Tuesday afternoon, Caoimhe quit the show, because she missed her boyfriend.

Then later that day, Keeley injured her ankle while participating in the Save and Replace task, where she, Rachel and Corin were dressed as spiders trying to escape a giant bath. The task had to be canceled, and later evictions were canceled after it was found that Keeley’s injury was worse than initially thought. It is fractured and being treated at the hospital, and there is doubt of her returning to the house.

It is also set that Corin and Andrew will perform a duet of “The Time of My Life” from the film Dirty Dancing. They are doing this as part of this week’s shopping task and will be performing for a live crowd just outside the house.

This comes after the housemates recorded a video of “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey early yesterday. The video was inspired by Glee, the musical television show, with Steve and Rachel singing lead vocals. It can be viewed today after 11am on the Big Brother website, and if it’s watched over 100,000 times, the housemates will pass their part of the shopping task.
