Big Brother: Steve Wins Save and Replace, Andrew up for Eviction

The Big Brother housemates that were nominated for eviction on Monday had the chance to Save and Replace themselves from the public vote on Tuesday. It was originally unknown if Dave would get to participate, as his name was added to the eviction list as punishment for discussing the nomination and eviction process.

The task was called Battle of the Brides, where all 4 of the nominated housemates - John James, Steve and Ben are the other 3 - had to become brides. They each had to choose a companion that they trust from among the other housemates, who will be the catchers for the task. Dave picked Mario, Steve picked Corin, Ben picked Laura and John James picked JJ.

Each of the ‘brides’ were made to throw bouquets of flowers over their heads, which were to be caught by the ‘catchers’. They were given 5 attempts - Dave got 1, Ben got 3, but Steve and John James got 5. due to the tie-break, they had a sudden death bouquet catching. It took until the 9th attempt for JJ to miss John James’ toss, which meant that Steve and Corin won with their same successful attempt.

So Steve won’t be up for nomination after all. He has saved himself, with the help of Corin, and chosen Andrew to take his place in the public vote. Steve apologized for his decision, and Andrew said that he hasn’t got a chance and would hate it if he goes.

However, Andrew has seen a bright side to being evicted - being able to spend the rest of the summer with his mom. He said that he has had a great time and being in the house has helped him a lot. Mario added, though, that Andrew hasn’t done enough to make people dislike him and has all the women after him.

Please someone tell Josie that only babies suck their thumbs. It is so irritating to watch a grown women acting like a baby.
