10p train travel for kids
London’s local train companies have teamed up with www.thisislondon.co.uk to offer special 10p return fares to children over the summer holidays. The offer is valid when children are traveling together with adults.
The fares are available at all National Rail stations throughout London during off-peak times and are valid to and from more than 700 destinations in the Southeast. The goal of the special program is to enable families to spend time together this summer at the seaside or at the many historical towns and villages that are within a short distance of London.
This special offer is good between now and September 6, 2009.
