Jon Gosselin Tries Emptying Joint Account of $200,000
Jon Gosselin is at it again! The reality star of “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ has been unpredictable during the last week or so after being fired from the show, for which TLC is relaunching as “Kate Plus Eight” just next month. Now his shenanigans led to an unauthorized withdrawal of $200,000 from the soon to be divorced couple’s joint bank account.
Kate Gosselin, of course, wasn’t warned about the withdrawal, according to her litigation attorney Marty Singer. He says that the court told Jon not to take significant funds out before getting Kate’s approval. Singer also noted that he emailed a letter to Jon’s attorney, but hasn’t gotten a response. He’s sure the response will come in an interview on another television show, as this is what Jon has done in the past. He also added that it is likely the family attorney for Kate will go to court this morning (Monday) and ask for Jon to be held in contempt.
The best part of the whole thing isn’t even that he withdrew so much money. It’s the fact that he only left Kate with about $1,000 in the bank. He’s really trying to get back at her and get his monies worth of the divorce, but he will only hurt himself and his children in the end if he keeps up with this fiasco of revenge.
Just last week Jon demanded that TLC suspend production of “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ - in the best interest of the children. Before that he tried to delay the divorce. There’s no telling what he’ll do next!
