Sugbabes Member Suffers Exhaustion - Checked-In to Clinic
A newly formed Sugababes band has recently been announced as their lineup was revealed last month. The band is still plagued with troubles though, and the latest being the admittance of band member Amelle Berrabah being admitted to a health clinic after becoming victim to a severe case of nervous exhaustion.
The group has posted a message on their webpage indicating that Berrabah, 25, had been told the she would need to take an immediate break in the wake of the sudden bout of exhaustion, which she was told by a private clinic earlier this week.
Members are saying that the singer’s nervous ‘breakdown’ is related to all the line-up changes recently being undergone within the group. The group had been falsely reported earlier last month that they were breaking up, however, the group had simply been dealing with old members leaving, and new members being brought in to the group.
Keisha Buchanan, an original member of the band, left the group last month in a wake of controversy, which left fans a little reeling from the conflict. Amelle, also an original member of the band, has reportedly felt a lot of stress after the departure of their former bandmate.
Heidi Range and Jade Ewen, the two other members of the band, posted a message on the bands official website stating that Keisha leaving, and Jade joining the group had left Amelle stressed and exhausted. The girls explained that she had suffered a bout of nerves and exhaustion.
Amelle is set to rest at a private health clinic somewhere in Europe for a period of no less than three weeks, where she can recover under necessary supervision.
