Oksana Grigorieva Gives Birth to 8th Mel Gibson Baby

Mel Gibson has officially become the father of 8 and is being called “Octodad” by tabloids everywhere. It was reported this weekend that his fiance Oksana Grigorieva gave birth to a baby girl on Friday, and they are both healthy and doing well. A source says that the baby came a few weeks early, but everything went good during the delivery. They revealed that mom and daughter are even already home.

Gibson, who is 53 years old, and Oksana, who is 39 years old, started dating earlier this year (as far as has been confirmed), just shortly after his wife Robyn filed for divorce on April 13. The couple was married for 29 years, and they have six sons and one daughter together - 10-year-old Thomas, 19-year-old Milio, 21-year-old Louis, 24-year-old William, 26-year-old twins Edward and Christian, and 28-year-old Hannah.

It wasn’t long after photos, showing the two in Costa Rica getting cozy, were published online that the two admitted being romantically involved. Then when Oksana got pregnant, Gibson put a ring on her finger, but there hasn’t been a wedding date set yet.

Oksana is a Russian musician who has a son with Timothy Dalton, one of he James Bond stars. She is an accomplished composer who still hopes to launch a career and release an album called “Beautiful Heartache” next July via one of Gibson’s companies.

By the date of the birth, October 30, it would seem that Oksana got pregnant by Gibson before Robyn even filed for divorce. So it sounds like he was having a very hush-hush affair with the musician, as no one knew of the romantic involvement until the photos were published. This is only opinion, of course, since she could have had the baby 2 ½ months early.
