Take That Join Mark Owen for Wedding

The members of Take That joined Mark Owen on a very special day Sunday….his wedding. Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Jason Orange celebrated the marriage of their fellow group member to his long-time sweetheart Emma Ferguson, a British actress. The couple has been engaged since 2006.

It’s reported that the members landed at Inverness airport the day before, trying their best to keep their arrival low key. This, of course, didn’t work as they had planned, and the plane actually turned away from gathering fans after landing.

The couple tied the knot at Cawdor Church in front of about 50 guests, along with their two children - 1-year-old Willow Rose and 3-year-old Elwood. Along with others of their family, there were stars like Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay’s Chris Martin attending the ceremony too.

Keeping the tradition, Emma wore a white V-neck wedding gown with a lace veil for the wedding, and was even 25 minutes late leaving for the church. She carried a bouquet of white flowers. Mark wore a purple velvet morning suit with a top hat.

After the ceremony, the reception was held at Cawdor Castle, which is close to the church. The reception featured a great fireworks display. Then the newlyweds went to their honeymoon suite at the castle.

Robbie Williams was rumored to join them as well, but he has dismissed those reports. He says he had to miss the ceremony for a scheduled appearance on “Contactmusic”, a German entertainment show, to promote his new album. He also later joked that he enjoyed reading how he flew there to sing.
